Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Preorders, made-to-order items, and limited drops ship on the timeframe stated on the product page. If timelines change, we’ll post updates and/or contact you.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and available carrier services.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can affect transit time.

AUTOMATIC KNIFE SHIPPING POLICY
- Automatic knives may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
By purchasing an automatic knife from D Rocket Design, the buyer certifies that they are legally permitted to purchase and possess the item in their location. - D Rocket Design will not ship automatic knives to locations where prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Orders placed from restricted locations may be cancelled at the discretion of D Rocket Design.

- Customers purchasing knives from D Rocket Design must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, the customer represents that they are legally allowed to purchase and possess the item in their jurisdiction.
- D Rocket Design assumes no responsibility for violations of local laws. Orders suspected of violating applicable regulations may be cancelled at our discretion.

How we handle restricted items

We actively restrict shipment of regulated/restricted items to eligible jurisdictions only.

If your address is in a location where a restricted item cannot be shipped, checkout may block shipping or we will cancel the restricted item (or the order) and issue a refund to the original payment method.

We may request additional information to verify eligibility (such as confirming your shipping address or age where required). If we cannot verify eligibility, we may cancel and refund the order.
Domestic-only limitation for restricted items

Restricted items are not shipped outside of the United States.

Restricted items may also be prohibited in certain states, counties, or municipalities. We will not ship restricted items where prohibited.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense once the package is returned to us.

If you need to update an address after ordering, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once a label has been created or the package is in transit.
Returns, Refusals & Prohibited Destinations

We do not ship restricted items to prohibited destinations.

If an order is placed with a restricted item and the destination is not eligible, the order (or restricted portion) will be canceled and refunded.

If a shipment is delayed or rejected due to destination restrictions, we will work with the carrier on the case; outcomes may vary depending on the authority’s decision.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office first, then contact us and we will assist with the next steps.
Order Cancellation

We may cancel and refund orders where we cannot fulfill shipment legally, where carrier restrictions apply, or where we cannot verify eligibility for restricted items.

Customer-requested cancellations must be submitted before the order ships. Once shipped, the order is subject to our return policy.
